Things turn deadly when seventeen-year-old Aiden McHenry and his family go on a camping trip. His family is brutally murdered and he barely escapes the killer and no one will believe what he saw; a wolf-like monster; half man, half beast, something straight out of the movies. The police put it off as shock but when an old friend of Aiden's grandfather shows up and takes him in, he is introduced into a world where a fine line is drawn between myth and reality and death sits and waits for him to cross it.
