Where in the world do we find a country whose institutions of learning have too much book work yet, learners graduate with little knowledge, no creativity and no wisdom? Where in the world do people have advanced level certificates when they are advanced in nothing? Where in the world do people have master's degrees but they are masters of nothing? Where in the world do people spend hundreds of thousands to go through primary, secondary, high school and university only to end up being economic migrants, unemployed, untrained, unqualified and ignorant?
